What happens after the 100 free messages?

Your account stays open, and no charges start on their own. The account is pay-as-you-go, so you buy more credits when you want to send more, at $0.06 per SMS with no monthly plan fee. You can move to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise whenever your volume makes a plan cheaper. Your contacts, campaigns, and data remain yours either way.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

You do not need one to sign up. You add a card when you choose your sending number, which is $5 a month, and your 100 free texts are ready once the phone carriers approve your number. After that, the card is used only when you buy more credits, move to a monthly plan, or add a service such as Do Not Call (DNC) lookup.

How quickly can I start sending?

The fastest way to start is with a toll-free number. You purchase a number and submit it for carrier verification, which Twilio, our messaging provider, reviews in about three business days. Your 10DLC registration is reviewed at the same time and helps your messages reach people's phones over the long term, and you can send from your toll-free number while it is under review. We handle both during onboarding. 10DLC registration is a one-time $75.

Is my data safe? Is this TCPA compliant?

Yes. CampaignCNX+ includes built-in compliance with the TCPA, the federal law on consent for texting. This includes automatic opt-out handling (STOP/HELP), consent tracking, quiet-hour enforcement, and optional DNC lookup as an add-on at $0.015 per number. Your data is encrypted both when it is stored and when it is sent.
