What about licensure disclosure in messages?

Most states require agents to identify themselves and their license / brokerage in prospecting communications. The platform gives you full control of message body — add your "Sarah Chen, Realtor, Keller Williams, Lic #123456" footer to your template and it merges into every send. We don't append it automatically because disclosure rules vary by state.

Can I text leads from Zillow / Realtor.com / my website?

If the lead opted in to SMS on the form they filled out, yes. If they only provided a phone number without SMS consent, that's a voice call, not a text. The platform tracks consent source per contact — import only what cleared the consent check on intake.

Does my team share one number or each get their own?

Either. A single brand number for the team works for one-to-many sends (market updates, office open houses). Individual agents each running their own list should have their own 10DLC line — $5/mo each, all on one billing account.

Can transaction coordinators have access without seeing everything?
