Hunter Creative Media & Design operates CampaignCNX+, a professional SMS campaign management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, organization name, phone number, and password.
Payment Information
Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Campaign Content
We store the contact lists, message templates, campaign configurations, and conversation logs you create through the platform.
Communications
We retain messages you send to our support team and any feedback you provide.
Automatically Collected Information
- Browser type and operating system
- IP address
- Cookies for session management and preferences
- Usage analytics (pages visited, features used)
Analytics and Session Recording
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use CampaignCNX+, both on our website and inside the app. Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and the pages or screens visited, and turns them into heatmaps and session replays that show us where the product is confusing or slow so we can fix it. Clarity is set to mask all text on the screen, so the contents of your account (contact lists, message content and campaign details) are not captured. These tools use first- and third-party cookies to recognize repeat visits. They are not used for advertising, and we do not sell this data. Microsoft processes Clarity data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Contact and Recipient Data
When you upload contact lists or send messages through the platform, we process phone numbers, names, and any additional fields you provide. You are the data controller for contact information uploaded to and managed through your account.
