The platform is built to be used without extra help, and a toll-free number can be verified for sending in about three business days. White-glove is for teams that would rather have us do the setup and start with a campaign already built and a list already imported.
We file toll-free carrier verification at the start of onboarding, and it is usually approved in about 3 business days. We submit your 10DLC registration at the same time. How long it takes depends on carrier review, and your team can send from the toll-free number while it is reviewed.
Statewide races, agencies with several offices, and any program with extensive CRM integration or a list larger than 25,000 contacts receive a custom quote. The work usually follows the standard $299 package, plus specific line items for migration and integration.
No, your team writes the messages. Onboarding sets up the tools and moves your data. We will still review a draft for language required by the TCPA (the federal law on marketing texts), such as STOP opt-out instructions and sender identification, before your first send.
It is a one-time fee of $299 at sign-up, billed separately from your monthly plan (or in addition to pay-as-you-go). For ongoing managed service, where we run the campaigns on your behalf, contact us to discuss a separate scope of work.
