Business SMS marketing features
Every capability on the CampaignCNX+ business SMS marketing platform is priced as a separate line item. Customer list management and campaign broadcast are included on every plan, while contact hygiene, the two-way reply inbox, and inbound keywords are add-ons you turn on when you actually need them. There's no enterprise-grade tier hiding basic features.
Core SMS marketing features
Customer contact management, compliant bulk-SMS broadcast, and campaign reporting — all included on every plan, from pay-as-you-go through Enterprise.
01 — Customer lists
Upload a CSV with column-to-field mapping, and the platform detects duplicate contacts on import and flags them automatically. Every contact carries its opt-in source, tags, and custom fields, so you can segment by purchase tier, store location, last-visit window, or any product category your business already tracks.
02 — Bulk SMS campaigns
Choose SMS or MMS, write the message using {first_name} and any {custom_field} merge tag, then review cost and recipient count before sending. Scheduled campaigns wait for the exact hour you picked, and delivery rate and reply numbers update in real time after the campaign goes out.
03 — Campaign reports
Delivery rate, reply rate, opt-out rate, and cost per campaign — laid out so a business owner can read them directly. Program-level totals roll up across the billing cycle, top-performing campaigns are sorted by engagement, and the whole thing exports to CSV for quarterly-review meetings.
The SMS compose flow
Whether you're texting 200 VIP regulars or 40,000 lapsed customers, the campaign composer is the same — one final review screen, one send button, and one line item on the bill afterwards.
SMS or MMS. Credit cost per segment visible before you pick anything else.
Group, tag, or ad-hoc selection. Opt-outs filtered automatically at send time.
Merge fields, live segment count, STOP language validated before you can leave the screen.
Recipient count, total cost, single-contact preview. Send now or schedule.
SMS marketing add-ons
Most accounts run fine without any of these. Each add-on is a separate line item on the bill — add what you actually use and skip the rest.
Run your customer list against real data sources before committing to a broadcast — cheaper than burning credits on disconnected or DNC-flagged numbers.
A customer list that texts back needs somewhere for the replies to land, and usually some keyword automation for the routine ones (hours, location, JOIN, RSVP).
TCPA compliance features, always on
/01
Every contact carries its opt-in source — CSV import, form submission, keyword opt-in. Audit trail for the compliance team.
/02
Processed at the account level across every campaign. STOP language validated on the compose step — you can't leave review without it.
/03
Toll-free quick-start sends same-day. 10DLC registration runs in parallel for long-term deliverability. Onboarding handles both.
/04
Time-zone-aware windows. An 8 a.m. scheduled send in Eastern won't land at 5 a.m. Pacific.

A basic REST API is available for send triggers and contact sync. Most operators run on CSV workflows — weekly export from the source system, import to CampaignCNX+, send — which is faster to set up and auditable.
Webhook endpoints support common patterns — a new-customer trigger, an order-ready trigger. Most Square / Shopify / reservation-platform integrations run through a weekly CSV pipe, which works for 90% of use cases and keeps the audit trail cleaner.
Pay-as-you-go and Basic include 1 seat. Pro includes 2. Enterprise includes 5. Seats are scoped to what they can see — a restaurant manager can reply in the inbox without access to billing. Additional seats are $25/user, with bulk discounts above 5 extras.
Yes — $299–$799 one-time. Covers 10DLC registration and brand vetting, list migration from your existing system, and QA on the first campaign. Most small-business accounts self-serve and don't need it.
No — numbers are provisioned through the platform so compliance, registration, and deliverability stay under one roof. You can keep the number if you leave.

Take the toll-free quick-start: purchase a verified phone number, import your customer list, and send your first business SMS the same afternoon.
