About CampaignCNX+
CampaignCNX+ is SMS marketing software for political campaigns, advocacy groups, and direct-to-customer businesses. We ship three core tools — contact management, a campaign composer, and reporting — and we've deliberately refused to ship the fourth thing most texting vendors would try to sell you next.
Who we are
CampaignCNX+ started the way most useful tools do: somebody had a list of 12,000 phone numbers, a legal requirement to reach them by 9 p.m., and a four-tab browser window trying to make three vendors cooperate. That night the workflow took on a shape, and the product eventually did too.
We think about text messaging the way a campaign manager thinks about a direct-mail piece. SMS isn't just a marketing channel — it's a deadline. The list is cold, the clock is loud, and the TCPA rules are strict enough that a careless send can cost the committee real money. We built a platform that takes those constraints seriously and leaves the rest of the screen alone.
In practice, that means a contacts table that holds DNC status, opt-outs, and precinct tags in one row; a campaign composer that validates STOP language before it'll let you hit send instead of after a support ticket; and a reporting view that a program director or marketing manager can read without a training session. The infrastructure underneath — toll-free quick-start numbers, 10DLC carrier registration, quiet-hours enforcement, and carrier verification — runs itself.
The same platform runs a congressional GOTV push on Tuesday afternoon and a regional florist's Valentine's Day drop on Friday morning. The workflow doesn't change — the list, the message, and the clock do.
CampaignCNX+ is the SMS marketing piece of the CNX Suite. Alma handles AI-assisted reply triage — it reads inbound text messages, answers the routine questions automatically, and hands the real conversations to a person on your team. Beacon runs the field-operations side of a campaign: door-knock routes, shift assignments, and canvasser check-in for in-person work. Both products ship today, and all three share one account, one bill, and the same support team.
We keep the product family small on purpose. Three tools that each do one job well and talk to each other is a better bet than one platform that does twelve things poorly. You can run CampaignCNX+ on its own — and most accounts do — then add Alma or Beacon when the operation actually needs them.
Pay-as-you-go starts at $0.06 per SMS with no contract, no monthly fee, and credits that don't expire. Monthly plans start at $55 a month for accounts where the volume makes bundled pricing cheaper than per-message billing. Every new account gets 100 free SMS credits with no card required. That's the entire pricing model — no seat tax, no "talk to sales" tier, and no annual contract hiding underneath the pricing page.
White-glove SMS onboarding runs $299 to $799 as a one-time fee when you want us to handle 10DLC registration, brand vetting, list migration, and first-send QA. Most accounts don't need it. For the ones that do — a statewide race three weeks out from filing, or a franchise with fifteen locations going live at once — it's worth the cost.
Political campaigns, PACs, and advocacy groups on one side. Local and regional businesses on the other. Nonprofits and houses of worship in between. The texting workflow is the same on every account because the underlying problem is the same: a list that needs a message, a send window that matters, and TCPA rules that don't bend.
If you're already running SMS sends through another platform, we can port your contact list, your existing phone numbers, and the opt-out history during onboarding. If this is your first text messaging program, you'll send your first message the same afternoon you open the account.
Start sending
Open an account, import your contact list, and ship a message — most operators are sending within an hour of signing up. For ongoing programs, 10DLC carrier registration is the recommended path for long-term deliverability and runs in parallel while you're already sending on a toll-free number.
